From two module package to a simpler plugin. MyShariff 2 is here. Download, configure and activate it. You have a many settings to display the buttons as you wish. MyShariff 2 is full backward compatible to Joomla 2.5.x. But it’s better you have Joomla 3.x.

Installation

  • Download ZIP file and go to Joomla Extensions to upload and install the plugin
  • Configure the plugin and activate it.

FAQ

  1. Can I use MyShariff in a module?
    Yes! Go to the MyShariff settings under „Module & Content-Tag“ and activate one of the both option: „Plugin & Tag“ or „Only tag“. After that, you create a custom module with the MyShariff Tag: { myshariff } (without spaces). You can now set the module on your favorite position.
  2. I see more social button rows at the site?Other extensions can make problems (e.g. jEvent calender). One solution is, you test the first point. Activate the „Only tag“ option and create a custom module.
    The last solution is you can use the „Exclude“ Option for the erroneous site areas.
